The Lucy 3/4 Sleeve Teal Crinkle Tassel Blouse made from 100% viscose, has an orange tassel design across the neck line, and a 'rope style' tie fastening. The orange tassels are complemented by white threading and pink beads. The hemline also has the same white and pink design. The sleeves stop approximately just past elbow length and have an elastic cuff. Obviously, I'm wearing a size that is too big, so the fit won't be as oversized (unless you choose to also buy a bigger size).
 
3/4 length sleeves and swing hem. Length 28in.
